Same thing happened to me today - using James Luu’s comment below. Will never come back again!! Disgusting behaviour from the old lady !!! (Người gì mà hung dữ quá trời, đáng sợ thiệt, hú oà)“Cut a key and it didn't work, which is fine... But i returned and the lady was so defensive that I had given her the wrong key. It is not possible that I gave her the wrong key because I lost all mine and only had one spare. 2 key's cut here today and neither worked. Lady please get your key cutting machine calibrated so innocent customers don't continually get ripped off. Apparently, this unethical practice has been going on for a while, based on reviews.

Really tried to give this store the benefit of the doubt to support local business. We went in recently, wanting to browse for an adapter (sometimes you know what you're looking for but don't know what it's called exactly).Long story short, she wouldn't let us look for this one item and wanted us to tell her exactly what we were looking for. If we knew everything, retail maybe wouldnt exist in brick and mortar format.I think she just loves picking fights. Giving one extra star because she was helpful one time and this is what made us want to go back to support her but the attitude is a real turn off.I feel conflicted saying this but stick to bunnings or another local hardware store. These guys don't deserve your business.

Totally agree with James Luu and Chi Tu, customer service is totally appalling. The lady is totally rude and ignorant. Went to get keys cut, when i returned to tell her none of the keys worked, put the blame on me for giving her the wrong key, and even pretend to prove she's right, how pathethic. do not go here for keys cut or any other service, shocking service. Doesn't deserve any star at all.

I came into this store to get my key cut where I payed 10 dollars for a 5 dollar cut yet not receiving change. I'd asked the lady for change where she denied she hadn't given me the 5 where I was certain there was no 5 dollar note present on the table and no receipt for purchase.

Don't buy anything there.If there a problem with the product, you will never get a refund.Service is very rudeAlways shouting at you.They only care about $$$Not customer right

The lady at the counter was rude and ignorant. She's got attitude - I'll tell you that. She spoke extremely loud to me like she was shouting, and was unhelpful when I wanted to get my keys cut. I wanted the coloured keys, and asked 'What colours do you have?' and she had remarked back with a 'What colour do you want?'.Anyway, she quickly did up the keys and ended up making me an extra key that I did not ask for (which I had to pay) and also ignored my mum when she had asked some questions.The lady also told her other customers to hurry up (in mandarin) because she needed to go and see her granddaughter. I spoke up about this to her, letting her know of her rubbish service and rushing the process. She said she was sorry but that didn't look the case when she had a smirk on her face. Disrespected myself by going here.

I bought an item from them and noticed it was damaged when I got home. I went back immediately for an exchange. They accused me of breaking it and refused a return.I am disgusted at their dishonesty.

Okey so got the key cut 3 times, never worked. I should have read the review prior to wasting 3x $4.5. The lady has no idea what customer service is. Very friendly. Speechless and pathetic.
