Customer service was good but the quote to clean my parents A/C was nothing short of outrageously overpriced. $140 call out fee, technician did nothing but look at AC from the floor, didn’t even touch it, quoted $3000 for one unit and $1200 for the other just for cleaning/maintenance. That’s over $4000! Called another company who came out and fully serviced and cleaned both air cons and had them working beautifully for $240 for both! Would never use or recommend this company to anyone at those prices.

We want Metropolitan to quote to repair aircond. They arrived about 2 hours late. They quoted us a really high price. They push for us to fix it now. When we get another quote it was much more reasonable.

Booked a technician by paying $141.90 in advance of arrival, what I got was absolutely astonishing.Technician said he was here to give a quote without touching to the air-conditioning unit.I asked him what is wrong with the unit he said they won't know until full maintenance is done at a price of $2800I told him unit was running perfectly well but it was tripping the fuse and stopping in hot weather only.Bad experience think twice before you call this people. I lost $141.90 and you will too if you do. Look at the other reviews I am not the only one.
