We were treated courteously at reception. The medical staff were caring and friendly. Possible side effects of the injection were explained clearly. Thoroughly professional.

I arrived a few minutes early for the flu vaccine, and was seen immediately. Very friendly & efficient receptionist, doctor & nurse. Proactive doctor also took the time to point out something else I was due for.All very quick, easy, reassuring, competent & pleasant.

Very supportive and friendly doctors here. They do their best to listen to you and help you.

Dr Mullins is a great & caring doctor & going to the surgery is quick & efficient, no waiting around for long periods. Nice receptionists too.

Very happy with the reception girls. Very polite. Dr Mullins is my doctor I’ve bn seeing her for over 10 yrs she’s helped and supported me without any hesitation through a very bad time in my life. She’s the best doctor that I’ve ever been to she’s right onto it if something isn’t right She makes sure I’m up to date with everything and that things are ok mentally and physically. And I’m very lucky to have her as my doctor. She’s the best

Arrived to deliver a pathology sample without really knowing 100% where to go because it didn't say anything about pathology. The form I had saying Rosny had collections was apparently very out of date.Receptionist was looking at me like I was an alien bringing a sample and said to me about 3 times it closed about 6 months ago because I don't think she understood that wasn't the part I was confused about, I was just going to the address the form told me to.As I was now a bit embarrassed and confused about where I actually had to go she offered absolutely no help whatsoever of a TML pathology that I COULD go to. Just unsympathetic and unhelpful, even a google search on her computer (which I ended up doing on my phone) could have helped me feel less silly and send me in the right direction.I ended up in town where all the staff I dealt with looked after me and helped sort the mess out quickly. Maybe I got her on a bad day or all the other people reviewing are talking about different staff members I didn't see!?
