Good Thinking Clinical Psychology
It’s an absolute shame that I feel obligated to give this clinic such a poor review. The clinicians within the practice are highly skilled, wonderful practitioners however, the lack of empathy and understanding of the admin staff brings shame to the practice. Administration staff run on a business mindset and money making is their main objective. Unhelpful, rigid staff when needing to feel supported is not a way to keep patients happy.
