The house was well appointed with everything you need. The floorboards, funky kitchen, lovely front and backyard and the little special touches made this a memorable stay. Its location is second to none and could walk to Brew House, Swings in Roundabouts and the main drag. Loved it.

This was the 2nd time I've stayed at a Swell Stays home and once again the experience was amazing. The house was so beautiful, thoughtfully designed and extremely comfortable. We defiantly book again

We found swell stays a great company to deal with. Everything was great from the house to the communication. Even when there was a small issue (our fault for not letting them know something on arrival), they dealt with it incredibly well. Would recommend.

It’s not often that I leave reviews and often reviews are written when bad experiences happen. Not in this case. If I could give 6 stars I would. I highly recommend swell stays. They were prompt with answering questions and recommended the most appropriate place to suit my needs. We booked knowing it is not a hotel with a 24 hour concierge and had everything we needed for a fully contained home away from home. The variety of homes to choose from That they manage has something to suit all tastes. The home was clean, comfortable and the service we received was above and beyond professional. Thank you swell stays for our wonderful time exploring the Margaret River Wine region, we cannot wait to book again!

Swell Stays are very easy to book with. They kept me informed in the lead up to our holiday with all of the details for the house.The house we stayed in was lovely, very clean and well equipped and in a great location.Would recommend and hope to book again soon.

Back for a second time with family & dogs. Love this place. Perfect location to the beach and house has all required amenities. Only problem is we have to leave!

Absolutely stunning property, secluded hidden location amongst nature yet close to amenities & Margaret River township. Loved our stay- location & gorgeous views. Such a pleasure to come home in the evening to the stunning scenery this property offers & comforts of a home.

What a fantastic property. Plenty of room inside and out for family and of course the fur baby. Clean and neat. Location is perfect for those walks along the beach. Quiet & relaxing experience. Will be back for sure

We can't rate this business enough! My husband and I use Swell Stays to manage our holiday house as we are currently out of the country. The Swell Stays team are always so responsive and keep us up to date with all bookings. Our reviews have never been better and we feel so at ease knowing our property is being looked after at such a high standard while we are away.
