I can't thank Vadim enough for fixing carpets in our apartment. After the flood, the carpet was badly damaged and another service provider wasn't able to fix the problem. I found Aurora Services and contacted them on Saturday night, i was pleasantly surprised when i received a response straight away and a call with instructions what to do for now until Vadim can attend, so the flood doesn't cause further damage. Next day Vadim came and made my carpets not only looked like new carpet, but also fixed issues. Vadim is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained every step of his work. He actually cares for you.

After reading all the great reviews regarding Aurora carpet cleaning services, I knew is was going to be exactly what I needed for a end of lease clean. From the first enquiry to get a estimate, Vadim replyed in a matter of minutes (first box ticked) the price was quoted and accepted, this one bedroom unit was a little bigger than average so had in mind it may cost a little more when actually seen, as it was $10 was added for a study room. When we were arranging a day to do this Vadim said to make the appointment after all the cleaning had been completed which was something I hadn't considered.The 2nd box ticked was turning up on time, A major plus in my book having waited for hours in the past for tradies. Vadim did an excellent job steam cleaning my lounge and dining chairs. I had originally booked for a thick rug as well. Vadim looked at it and suggested a good alternative and I appreciated his professionalism and honesty, rather than just giving it a go.
