I have been using Ultra Tune at Pialba now for many years to maintain my vehicle. I have at all times experienced great service at a good price. The business has recently been taken over with Andrew being the new owner. He has managed to raise the bar even higher than it previously was before. For anyone not sure on where to take their vehicle for servicing and repairs I would have no hesitation in recommending Ultra Tune at Pialba.

The customer service we have received regarding a recurring fault that required diagnostic codes over the past week is certainly worth so much. Andrew did everything he could to help. Where to start, day 2 on a lap of aus and transmission issues strike. After phoning around Andrew was the only person who was willing to take us in on short notice after calling late on a friday. After arriving early, he quickly located the isssues and explained to us that it would be easier to make a warrantly claim through the car dealer. The process with andrew/ ultra tune was nothing short of perfect and if i was ever in need again or back in the area i would use them 100%

Took my old Ute in for her 120,000 full service. She's never run so great!Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, explaining all they had done on pickup. Plus even picked up on an issue with my brakes.Can't suggest a better business to care for your car.Thanks Andrew and team, will definitely be using you again.

OUTSTANDING SERVICELate on a Friday, pouring rain we were having gearbox problem travelling home towing a caravan.Andrew and his team went out of their way to solve our problem and get us back on the road again.Their willingness to help so late in the day when nobody else would, was very much appreciated and we would recommend the A1 service of this business.
