I am rating this after my 5th visit to the place. While I can understand Chinese staffs in the cash counter can have difficulties speaking English. But they seem fairly rude and serve without any sense of customer service. Not limited to only one staff, but all staffs I have encountered are rude and do not respond properly to customer's queries.

BEWARE! Read your receipt! They overcharged on several occasions!! Also the rude staff pretend not to understand!!

If you go, make sure to bring cash. They ENFORCE you to spend a $20 minimum for card payments. Bit tedious if all you want to pay for is something that's not even $5!!! They should be able to accept any payment but they pretend" that there is a limit..."

I just went to the bigger shop (not the one that sells frozen stuff etc). I went there just to buy 1 thing because I can’t find it at anywhere else otherwise I never want to shop there. The staff very rude! I went to check out and one of the staff (mid age lady) was sitting down and watching movie from her phone and ignoring me. She looks annoyed and ask me to scan the barcode by myself on the other register. Then she said nevermind and she charge me overprice. I clearly saw the price on the self was not the amount that she said, then I asked her nicely but she started to raise up her voice while speaking as she’s yelling at me and insisted. I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER GO BACK AGAIN AND NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL!
