Deck-Max - Timber Decking Supplies

Great product. I do floor sanding and coatings and have re sanded a lot of timber decks and to punch the nails down or screw down the screws to stop ripping belts is a lot of work. With the deck max no problem there also with no nails or screws in the face of the deck boards the deck looks brilliant

During the construction phase the deck max staff were friendly efficient and helpful and the recommended tradesman was highly skilled and professsional The decking has been durable and easy to clean and shows no wear or fading after being in full sun for this time. DeckMax and Peter in particular were fantastic to work and I ended up with a beautiful deck built with just my home handyman skills, including storage cabinets next to our spa. Peter had lots of useful advice on the best way to build the deck with invisible fixings. He also did the calculations for the amount of timber and fixings I would need to complete the job and the calculations worked out perfectly. Would recommend the to anyone. The timber quality and materials were first-rate.

I am a professional building in Sydney and the only decking system I use is Deck-Max.From customer service, quality of timber/composite and now Bamboo…for ease of use there is no better. It’s alway back by strong, correct advice and service.If Someone has complained about this product then they have done it wrong…some of my decks are 10 years old now with no call backs.That’s a good product!

Disgusting service and terrible product. When I had purchased the product there biggest claim was that the composite decking would never fade. After a month it did had the guys come out and they blamed in on the dust in my backyard saying that the clay was getting into the product, if you sell an external product you would think that the product would be durable to dust and dirt. Dekmax then sent out a product to use to clean which did nothing at all. The staff aren’t very knowledgeable about there own product and would advise anyone to stay away from them it has now been a year and a half and no solution has been provided. I will be taking this up with the Ombidsmun as they claim to have a 25 year product warranty. The Ombidsmun has already on paths to take before they take action and Deck max have disregarded any responsibility. Again advise all to stay away from this product

We have been so happy with our deck that Peter and the team at Deck-Max created 12 months ago. It has meant a largely unused space became practical and beautiful. Highly recommend this product.
