Friendly and helpful staff. But could not understand American auctioneers if it wasn't for the eltronic sings world not krow what was going on. You need to fix this for Australia.

My experience with rb auction Geelong vic as a seller I found them to be unprofessional, pushy and poor communication.They didnt deliver what was promised on the phone, they was very pushy to get me to sign contracts for my listing, once contracts was signed I didn't hear anything else from them, there was no notification of my item being listed no notification of what auction it was in I wasn't even notified that the item had sold or the final sale price, instead I had to contact them to find out what was happening with my item which at this time i was told it went to auction the previous Thursday and was sold.I also question the exposure my item received as when I search my item to see if it was listed I wasn't able to find it nor could friends or family.When I raised my concerns and requested for someone to contact once finding out my item had sold my concerns was ignored and not followed up.2 weeks have past since auction and still no payment or auction sale details, I contacted them again via email and after some back and forth over email it was only when I threatened legal action they made contract by phone where the rep was very arigant and unhelpful but finally telling me I would be paid 21 days after the auction.I also bought up my concerns over the exposure of my item and not being able to find my item in serches and expressed concerns that if myself and friend couldn't find it then other potential buyers wouldn't see it either and it would have contributed to its unusually low sale price but i was told by the rep it was sold and there wasn't anything I could do about it.I am currently seeking further advice through other legal channels and consumer advice.

Extremely poor experience selling there .finley , prevailed on me too trust them , about a week before the auction too put 3 tractors in , despite my concern of not being able to be advertised , whilst bragging that they will make at least a good wholesale value , .......what rubbish , couldnt have hardly been more disppointed the way i was treated as a vendore after signing my rights away totally on these assets that clearly had no real market buyers there for them , and sold for a fraction of their normal value ........arrogant self serving bunch , taking total advantage of myself as the a vendor .........take your equipment anywhere BUT rb too sell , FULL STOPleon
