Brilliant Service. My heat pump died during the recent cold snap. Below zero every morning and no heating! Just at the start of the long weekend too. Thankfully they were able to send a technician out on the public holiday and he had it running in no time. Terrific!

We enjoyed working with JESSUPS from beginning to end. Sarah gave an excellent explanation of what type of Dual system would be most effective and why. Very informative and professional. We were given several options for installation, all based on OUR availability. The gentleman who installed our Split system were obviously very skilled and installed both with no problems. Jason was very professional and genuine. After moving into our new home, we decided to service the heat pump. It is our primary source of heating and we were very frustrated with the house not being warm enough. Jason was very knowledgeable, patient in answering all our questions and offered some feedback to improve the efficiency of the heat pump. After implementing his suggestions, it has improved the warmth of our house dramatically. We are now, no longer looking to buy a wood heater or a second heat pump. I would strongly recommend these guys.

Minimum stars because we got no customer service at all. A rep did turn up and measure the roof to do a quote, after a month we phoned only to be told 'we are busy you know'.... its now 4 months and still no quote... waste of time.
