Enjoyed a nice strong coffee. Well barista'd and friendly customer service. Could have done with a bit more chocolate with the mocha but still good in the background.

Good service but average cake. They had about 8-10 adhoc birthday cakes to choose from. I got an adhoc birthday cake here. The staff was helpful to choose the right one and I got the easter themed cake. It looked okay but tasted bad. It also didn’t feel fresh even though we kept it in the refrigerator all the time. If I had chosen another flavour, it might have tasted better but I’d never know. Thanks.

A small little bakery/cafe with a nice atmosphere. They have a wide arrangement of Sweets and a specific focus on whole cakes. Their variety of savouries is smaller but still respectable.Upon my visit I was surprised to find they had a few lunch deals where you could get a pie, donut and coffee for just about $10, and by no means was it a meagre serving size. Not forgetting to mention the flavours of all 3 items was superb, exceeding my expectations.

The food is good if you go in store, staff are average.Would’ve given more stars if they answered their phone, have been trying to call for 3 days now about doing a cake order and they have not answered the phone despite numerous phone calls at different times throughout the day. Will now be taking my business elsewhere.

The gentleman is courteous always have a coffee and maybe a pie or florentine sometime coffee and Vietnamese pork roll prominent and they let me eat there

I love Fergusson Plarre. Great Coffee, either hot or Cold. My favourites are Cranbourne & Forrest Hill Chase.Never fail birthday cakes. Always lovely.

I visited FP at Forest Hills today, I cleared the table I wanted to sit at. Another 5 tables around me were not cleared of dirty cups and plates for nearly an hour. There are plenty of other coffee shops to choose from.
