Only had phone interaction with the staff, and they where so helpful, I can only imagine the staff to be the same friendly and helpful face to face.

Very impressive customer service!! They rang and emailed to let me know my order would be a little late (by a day or two only as it turned out) and then offered to send it Express Post when it did come in which they did do. Since I was a new customer I also got an email asking a few questions about whether I'd taken this supplement before, allergies etc. I'll be buying again for sure!

It wasn't until I received an phone call from Pittwater Pharmacy apologising for the fact that they were unable to process the order because they still had not received payment. If they had not contacted me I would have waited in vain for my order. I appreciate these guys actually making it possible to get the medical stuff but what a ridiculous wait it is! I'm talking roughly 3 to 7 days to get your order ready and delivered to the premises then another 1-2-3 days for the order to be delivered to your house. Bend me over for a week lol
