Very ugly incident with security guard. I don't know who trains them and how much they pay to obtain licences. They should be taught basic manners and what the Australian Culture is based on.Seriously, where do you find your employee's. Have reported him for his licence and will be taking legal action against him and Wilson.What a joke. Keep away from them, they act like robo cop with no brains

As the other reviewer - Pretty Girl mentioned, the recruitment process at Wilson is worse than even small businesses that operate in local communities. Being the big company they brag about in interviews, they don't have the professionalism to get back to the applicants, tried asking for an update via phone and email but to no avail. I think there is a reason they advertise as Private Advertiser" on SEEK due to their poor reputation. Glad never heard from them as I am sure would have dealt with ever more unprofessionalism if worked with them!"

I would like to thank the wonderful staff at Wilson’s Security who helped me get from the Uber to the Jetstar check in in Melbourne and also on my way home they helped me get from the baggage claim to the taxi.I am using two crutches so I couldn’t manage to wheel my suitcase as well. The men who helped me were very accommodating and were more than happy to help.

Pathetic training, poor English and wouldn't identify himself other than a extremely fast opening of some kind of wallet to show the name Wilson and some kind of a silver badge .No name given..Totally focused on getting my credit cards and drivers license into his hands ( GEE.I WONDER WHY) .. He then had the audacity to say my car was probably stolen and my name false... ABSOLUTELY TRUE..

Tried calling up Wilson Security because I had locked myself out of my floor and it took 15 minutes for the female operator just to confirm that they do the security for the building even though there's a sign at the building entrance which clearly says that Wilson Security is charge of the security for the building, then she said she couldn't bring a security officer to help because I didn't have access to the building even though I had a security card and was inside the building already, then she said that she couldn't do anything because they didn't have access to the elevators even though I've seen their security officers go in to check the floors at night.I don't even mind that she they couldn't help - it's just the fact that she was so incredibly rude over the phone. It was possibly the worst customer service experience I've ever had. When you're stressed out your mind you want the operator to at least be a courteous and understanding of the situation but she couldn't even be bothered to do that. It's clear she didn't care about her job nor the person she was supposed to serve over the phone.Based upon this I can say that Wilson is by far the worst security company out there. It's clear they don't have ANY standards for hiring good people. I wish I could rate it less than 1 star but unfortunately I can't. How a company with this atrocious level of customer service can continue to exist is beyond me.

Hey how come your security guards always wait for mark downs and take all the marked down food. Instead of leaving them for actual customers they take all the marked down food.Especially the guard from the Flinders St Metro. Instead of guarding the store he is waiting for mark downs. Great employee.
