Reliance Design & Fabrication

My order didn't fit so I returned. Complied with the return policy in every respect. Postage tracking shows they received the return but I haven't received my money back, a credit or anything. I have emailed support multiple times but they have completely ghosted me. This all happened over 2 months ago and I still have not heard anything. I've never experienced anything like this from an Australian retailer - disgraceful stuff

Reliance provide a high end, quality hand built product that is beautiful on the eyes.Luke & his team are not your average careless tradies that I’ve experienced with other renovations. They are a team of professionals who take great pride in their work. The entire process of design to install ran smooth & they installed the door exactly when they said they would. When there was design changes from our end they were accomodating & made it happen with no fuss. I will have no hesitation in contacting them again for any possible future projects. These guys build the Ferrari’s of the door & window world. And our end result was nothing short of outstanding.
