Yen is really excellent. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with,and is always ready to make reasonable adjustments and accommodate any specific requests.The quality of work has also been always amazing for me and she gives me custom tips and advices, and takes special care with my brittle nails.I've only been going to Yen ever since my first visit, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that's looking for an outstanding nail professional.

rude staff. the prices change depending on if they like you or not. there isn't a price list on their website. they make it up as they go along. terrible service and the shellac cracked after 24 hrs. they constantly talk amongst themselves in their own language, and quite obviously about clients. i would not recommend them to anyone. and by looking at all of their reviews not many people would. i can't see them lasting too long in this area as the service they offer isn't up to standard.

I have been coming here for the last year and a half and I honestly cannot fault them. The ladies that work there are so lovely ☺️ I’ve never had any issues or have ever been left disappointed

Got my shellac on sunday and already started peeling off from Tuesday.They charged $80 for nothing. I would recommend not to go and waste your time and money.

My previous sns nail work was so good but my latest manicure was not so much. First of all, my cuticle was bruised and bled a little because she put the electric file too closely. It was a tiny bruise but it hurt for a couple of days. And then, parts of the nail polish came off just after 4 days :( it wasn’t worth it at all. It’s as if they do the expensive ones really well but do not care about normal services that much.

I have been going to this salon a number of times since their opening, and kept giving them a chance because they are the closest nail salon to me. I will never come back because the last 4 times I have visited, I had received the same service (SNS manicure and shellac pedicure), and each time I was charged a different price?! Furthermore, on at least 3 occasions, my nails did not even last a week. My last visit was the last straw. The quality is terrible and this is my nails not even a week later (see photos). Going to be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Love coming here! Every design I have asked for they have been able to execute with normal polish not shellac. New favourite nail salon.

I have been to this nail place a few times since they opened to see the quality of how the workers take care of their staff and especially the nails that they do due to more of a travel convenience than travelling to my current nail tech which is a further travel.I will admit very lovely and friendly staff who do absolute brilliant nail designs and have a variety of colours. But I have noticed for some unknown reason my acrylic nails that I have gotten done are mostly breaking off or falling off out of nowhere when no activity was done to impact this.Something like this definitely has not happened with the other place I go to.I would still kind if recommend this place for anything other than acrylic nails but still at least the staff are lovely :)

The manager did my nails. It was very disappointing! She was rushing and didn’t do it properly! The way she added the tips, it wasn’t meticulously done and there are cuticles remaining! Ugh. Im so annoyed. I complained and she said she will fix or im not sure if she understood. Seriously guys not the best place to get your nails done!
