This company was unprofessional. After installing a new hot water system I had all sorts of problems.Customer service was appalling. Dominic was combative/defensive right at the outset and did not want to hear what I had to say and keeps talking over me.He told me they don't fix things and to get another plumber to fix the issue when I had water leak.I had to get two tradies to come and sort the problem caused by the installation and the job did not meet the compliance certificate issued at the time. Horrible experience.

Best Plumbers there are in Moonee Ponds. I called them for Emergency service and they were quick, clean, and very professional. I would highly recommend Dom and Mark to anyone I can and will use them for my upcoming bathroom renovations as well!

Dominic and his team did a great job on renovating our 2 bathrooms, fixing upstairs leaking pipes and ceiling repairs. He always texted or called to update on progress. Highly recommend his quality work!

Several years ago, when I was on the committee of a local kindergarten, I called Dom to ask for a quote on a tricky and urgent job. He came out almost immediately, gave us a great quote, and completed the job promptly and faultlessly. This week, I called to ask if he could come out and do a couple of jobs at my recently renovated house - 48 hours later, both jobs were completed to perfection. Nice people, too

We required advice and ideas for several projects including a complete rebuild of a bathroom and replacement of gutters. We are very happy with the result. Dominic and his staff worked closely with us and every task was completed to a high standard. Very reasonable in their quotes and extras especially when we changed a few items during the job! It was so much better working with a local plumbing firm rather than a bathroom renovator shopfront. Dom and Mark were very reliable and trustworthy throughout the project. We highly recommend this firm for your next plumbing job.
