Hands down best gym in Newcastle! Coaches, equipment, programming & members are awesome. Would recommend to anyone who wants to become the fittest version of themselves while having a great time doing it.

Was a big class because it was Anzac Day, there was still great coaching cues provided across the group. Terrific atmosphere too. Worth the try if you are in the area

Awesome, well-equipped gym. Challenging workouts for all fitness levels in a fun and supportive environment. The coaches are very experienced and take the time to get to know everyone and give genuine feedback and encouragement. Love training here!

Fantastic gym with very helpful and experienced coaches.I joined Freezing Hot a few months ago, starting with the 2 week trial and found it a very welcoming and positive environment.I've been doing Crossfit for 4+ years prior to joining and I am already seeing improvements on lifts that I had stagnated on.
