I love the Mary Street store for many reasons. The chickens are awesome, the gravy is yummy and thick, and the super cruncy chips are sensational. The super crunchy chips at Mary Street store are, in my humble opinion, are perfect but the super crunchy chips at Wyalla Store in Taylor Street are far too salty.We buy a whole chicken, peas, gravy, roast potatoes and super crunchy chips and this makes an awesome 'proper' meal.

Customer service is very good, and the store appears to be very clean. Unfortunately, the chicken on my burger was very over cooked and a little burnt and lacked flavor. Chip serving is huge but also lacked flavor. The pineapple fritter is very good.

Chicken burger was oily(like the dryer wasn't hot enough and soaked into the crumbing), bacon was bit nasty. Wasn't a fan of the super crunch chips either. For the price i expect better quality

Staff were good food was pretty average considering chicken is there staple. Ordered a quarter chicken got a lot of bone and not much chicken, somehow undercooked the potato’s. Pretty rubbish considering it was 12 dollars.

Really expensive. Cost me 28 dollars for a burger, small chips and a drink, and I didn't even get what I ordered. Won't be back. Way to expensive.

Far out this place got expensive real fast. A chicken burger costs $9.25 and if you want to turn that into a small combo meal it escalates to $17.65.That's a ripoff in anyone's book. Buyer beware.

Went to the old favourite whilst recently in town. Still probably one of the best chicken burgers I’ve ever had. First service and still as good as ever. The only thing I would say is that $29 for a burger, chips and drink is nuts. Not what I remember from back in the day but hey times have changed.

I Hadn't visited this store in 10yrs, just on the wrong side of Toowoomba for me. Stopped by today, just driving by. Chicken Burger as delicious as I remembered and the small chips, delicious as well, would be a Large chips at any other take away. Quick and friendly service. Highly recommend

Hadn't been to Crackerjack in a little while, stopped by today and had a burger and just amazing! Such a good sized schnitzel and fresh chips. Will not leave it so long next time.
