My mother booked this service to be picked up early hours of morning to head to train station & no taxi showed up!! Didn’t even receive a call back from them!! Would not be using them ever again!!!

So confusing on the phone. Booked a wheelchair pick up and no one showed up. Rang to ask why?They said they didn’t have any available and didn’t know if any would become available.I said I booked this last night!!!He said, well it does not look like we have any in Ballarat anyway.Not good service at all. Called eureka and got one straight away!!!!

I booked a taxi on the phone and was told that there were a few available taxis nearby, and one would be dispatched. None came. After half an hour I called back, they told me there were no available taxis in my area. They had my number, couldn't they have called me back to tell me? I guess they were busy buying Bitcoins rather than doing basic customer service lol.I got an uber in under 10 mins. Was trying to give taxis a fair go, but now I will never use silver top taxis again.

Very poor service. Pre booked a taxi for my mum to go to the train station and they never showed up, made a phone call asking why she hadn’t been picked up yet and was told there were no taxis in the area, definitely can not rely on this service.

Meter already at $7 before i jumped in the cab.Booking process was a nightmare, call operator couldn't give me even an approximate time of arrival, i was told 'could be 10 mins, 15mins 30 mins, i don't know'Driver rocked up after 20 minute wait with the meter running, already at $7.Deliberately went the longest way possible and was incredibly rude.Dropped me at the corner of the street where i wanted to go, shoved the eftpos machine at me and took off to rip off his next passengerI will never use this service again

Second time I’ve been left high and dry by these guys. Twice I’ve booked for a ride to the shuttle bus pick up location in Ballarat so I can make my flight at Melbourne Airport and no driver has shown. I pre booked this the n day before for a specific time.DO NOT RELY ON THIS SERVICE!
