It's always a fantastic feeling when you walk out of this clinic with a smile on your face.The ladies and gentlemen really know good costumer service.I have never felt robbed of my money especially with their good and competitive prices!I highly recommend this clinic, especially with their new management. I have noticed a great improvement of the clinic with the new management.Thank you for looking after me!!10/10 highly recommended.

Best staff ever, I travel from Gold Coast just to get treated here. Staff is so friendly shout out to Tammy the clinic manager 10/10 to her. Got treated by her. She is warming and welcoming and best at her job. Will highly recommend

I had a bad experience with this clinic, the staff are lovely, although their only game is to upsale everything. The lady who done my forhead botox done a really bad job, I knew it as soon as it was over, it didn't look like any other procedure I've had before, where the Injection lines were. It seems she intentionally missed the areas I wanted so I had to go in again for a touch up. Every other time I've had botox done elsewhere it worked a treat, but somehow it seems asthough I paid for a service and had no results. I will not go back and do not recommend.

From my wife: “Do NOT believe they offer a’free consultation’. I rang to book one while considering a treatment and they insisted I leave a deposit, which would be deducted if I went ahead with treatment. I did argue, explaining that whether or not I went ahead with the procedure, would depend on the consultation. When I had second thoughts and called to cancel my consultation, I was told that I was booked in for a procedure (NOT the consultation I requested) and thus my deposit would not be returned. RIP OFF”

Your customer service is excellent.Jacinta especially has been very professional in making me feel comfortable during my treatments, she is a warm caring person.I also have had great results from vein treatments with a very significant difference after one treatment.

I suffer from acne scaring and occasional breakouts. Amy had suggested I have skin needling. She made sure I was very looked after and was very accommodating when it came to pain threshold. I had amazing results from this.I also had a chemical peel done which worked wonders for my skin. Thankyou so much Amy
