Dirty room, full off ants and there was what looked like little mites everywhere which I had to keep killing. Room smelt like a sewer from the bathroom floor drain. No toaster due to fire regulations ? Not sure how as had one in my motel elsewhere. Thin walls so could hear upstairs all the time and also the washing machine. No house keeping, for a 4 star you would expect daily housekeeping especially if bugs is an issue in many rooms. Limited parking. Really don’t know how i survived a week in the room to be honest, best part of experience was checking out. Felt dirty and itchy whilst being in the room.

TERRIBLE!So overpriced for what you get. Be warned, you can’t cook your own breakfast because there is no toaster (fire hazard apparently).walls are paper thin and I came to rest during cancer treatment but it was not possible as I had been placed in a room underneath an apartment being renovated. Apartment is very sparsely furnished and did not have a resort feel. I ended up walking out and going home on the second day. After explaining how tired and upset I was, they still took my money for the second night. I have not heard from them. Great PR. You can definitely get better value elsewhere!

Location is ok. 5 min walk to a marina for cafe, restaurant and bars. Also a nice Vietnamese restaurant at the resort.Room looked pretty tidy, but no vacccum under the bed for a year or so. (Dropped a pen and had to look.) Chips and cookie bags and a ton of dust... No wonder we found a couple of roaches in the room.Seemed like a permanent apartment next door with a heavy smoker, so quite the stink when there was no wind.

1. Aircon does not reach bedroom. You have to have it on constantly so the person sleeping on sofa bed is freezing2. Bed and cupboards rattle when washing machine on downstairs.3. Drab, tired rooms.4. Fridge freezes food, Freezer set so cold ice cream like rock.5. Block out blinds useless. No blinds in front room for kitchen windows for person on sofa bed.6. Pools are nice.7. No other facilities at the ‘resort’.8. Long way from Noosa. Great that council tan free holiday buses.9. Fridge, stove and other electrical items form another age.10. Everything was clean.11. Parking under unit good.

So the staff are very friendly, from the grounds keeper ( they must do a really good job because this place looks immaculate), reception and house keeping lovely people, the vacuuming could be better. The room could really do with fresh paint new carpet and a long mirror for when u go out and get dressed up. I do feel somewhat uncomfortable been in the room I did see cockroach’s running around at night and now I can’t wait to go home only staying dor the kidsBeautiful location and beautiful pools :)

Stay was ok but wouldn't return. Have stayed in lots of motels & hotels with kitchenettes but first one l've come across that didn't provide a toaster. We were in a downstairs apartment & got woken up early both mornings by other guests in rooms upstairs. Also had difficulty parking our car as reception had allowed a guest to park beside us with a boat attached to a large 4wd.

Writing for a disabled friend. He needed wheelchair access, the ramp was steep, make shift ramp to room was dodgy, still had to lift chair backwards to get in, needed assistance. Tiles dangerous very slippery. Rest of resort unaccesable. He doesn't get much opportunity to get out so was very disappointing. Shops, cafes were all driving distance away. Photos are misleading on advertisements. He said Vietnamese restaurant was excellent. As above

The room we stayed in had a distinct smell of mold throughout and it is no surprise given the complex is built on a swampy lake and there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom - totally bonkers. This is a simple equation which could be solved. Sound insulation between the floors and other buildings is also fairly unacceptable for a place which is called a resort". The buildings have been designed poorly to stack as many rooms in as possible with shared entrances

Super family friendly. Kids loved the three pools and never wanted to leave. The units vary from very nice well renovated to less modern. The units nightly rate varied depending on how modern it was which we found useful to help met our budget. It was way more affordablethan other noosa accommodation. All units we have stayed in are very clean and well serviced. The staff are very kind professional. Recently we stayed in a lovely two bedroom apartment that overlooked the lake. It had a good sized master room with a king sized bed and a small second room with bunk and desk - great for kids. There was also a sofa bed in the lounge for extra capacity and air-conditioning. The Vietnamese restaurant food was so good and the Marina across the road was so handy for gelato, boat cruise day trips and bars and restaurants. This was perfect for us as a family.the kids even go to try fishing in the lake that we could walk to from our unit. Next time we will bring our kayak. We found it really paid to phone the staff to ask about the specific units as there is variability. We found the staff were able to choose an appropriate unit to met our requirements and budget. We will be back.
