not hapoy. Tried to return a suction bath mat because it doesn't work and slips, dangerous. I had a receipt and purchased it only a week ago. The staff member had told me I have to return tomorrow when the managet is in attendance. Not good enough. Very poor service.

Staff in this pharmacy are brilliant. I’m ex pharmacy (30yrs) and it was a breath of fresh air to see more ‘mature’ assistants who know their stuff and understand customer service. Can’t beat old school. Keep up the great work ladies.

Today is Labor Day a public holiday. The website would suggest they are open as the public holiday trading hours does not say otherwise, like it does for Easter. I have an authority script that dictates when I can collect repeats. They do not answer the phone, they do not update the website with accurate information. For the love of god DO NOT LEAVE YOUR SCRIPT WITH THEM OR YOU WILL SUFFER WAITING FOR THEM TO ANSWER THE PHONE OR OPEN THE STORE THE NEXT DAY, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST AS THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION.

I have tried reaching out to management but unfortunately they just don't care. A warning to the community. I had a scripted fill at this chemist last weekend, my personal details and medications were given to another customer. Not only did they breach customers privacy, they put the customer at risk by providing them with the wrong medication.

Don't go to this chemist! Very slow service (45mins for over the counter medicine!). Dispensing staff/pharamists both make a fuss over nothing and just waste time. Staff have no product knowledge & they're not cheap like they say. You're better off at Chemist Warehouse!

Apaulling service. I have used this chemist twice hoping the first complete stuff up was a one off but unfortunately not. Both times l was told my script would be a 15 minute wait but l ended up waiting 35 and 45 minutes. This time my script sat on the counter for 10 minutes while the assistant played with stickers and giggled with the pharmacist. No apology from anyone for my inconvience. I asked for an information sheet but didn't get one. Care factor from the staff is ZERO. Two strikes and out. I will be on deaths door before they get another penny from me.
