Really sad , as they get good carers from time too time , but they move on , saying they didnt want too stay with devonfield - especially the good guys who my nephew got on really well with and then theyre gone , unsettling my badly autistic nephew . They dont appear too respect their staff or have a good enough company culture .So disspointing for my sister , bro in law with their autistic son who they do care for so so well , yet the stress of getting him too go too devonfield day care is getting worse !
