Love the variety and quality of items in the online store, and the descriptions are so helpful in making a decision. Because I'm in Canada I had to add some notes in the order. The owner was very responsive and gift wrapped the items before delivering locally. I absolutely recommend Zarlak Kids. Excellent customer service.

Bec and the staff are fantastic, and always very friendly and helpful. Great range of products and great prices. Wouldn't shop any where else.

The products are ok. But you can find the same stuff online anyway, so thats not really a great selling point. The real issue is the customer service. They have none. Staff are rude, abrasive and unwilling to help. Plenty of businesses that earn their customers support and loyalty. This is not one. Be careful of upselling too.

Zarlak kids is a beautiful children’s shop that is always up to date with the lastest trends. My grandchildren love the clothes from this shop. The staff are always very friendly and attentive and I would highly recommend a visit to this shop.
