My FootDr Podiatry Casuarina

I went in initially and saw some shoes on special that I liked the look of but they had none in my size. They offered to get them ordered in for me to try so they took my name and phone number and ordered the shoes. I got a call and a message a couple of weeks later saying the shoes had arrived. I live about 20 minutes drive away so I decided to go in on a Sunday to try them and buy them if the felt right. The website said that they were open so I took that as gospel. I arrived there and the shop was shut. I phoned and left a message and said I tried to come but the shop was shut. Never got any response from the message. Tried about four times. Finally I emailed the shop and so they got back to me quite quickly after the email and said are very sorry but they don’t monitor the messages on the phone. I said I was still wanting the shoes and could they keep them there for me and I would come in either that Saturday or the next. I checked that I could still have them for the special price as originally agreed and they said yes. Once again I made a special trip in on the following Saturday, only to find that they knew nothing about my shoes, they weren’t there and they had no record of me at all. I understand that Covid has made small businesses shut when they would normally be open, but it would’ve been very helpful if the website had of addressed this. And to top it off, the 3 shop assistants all looked at me as if I was the one who didn’t know what I was talking about and barely even offered an apology. They offered me another pair of shoes but they were not the same and wouldn’t have been at the special price. Despite them having a nice range of good shoes in the shop, I won’t be going back there again on principle. I wonder if any other customers have been treated this way?

Went in with extremely sore foot, could barely move. Two days later I'm 100% better. The difference is phenomenal, thank you!

Very professional. Excellent service and bedside manner. I was given lots of advice and exercises. Options for good and best outcomes. Nothing forced on me. Highly recommended.

2 staff on, no customers except myself. Got a hi from both, one continued to work on his computer sitting down, the other went out the back and ate. I wanted to buy some comfortable shoes Birkenstocks or something similar. I felt so awkward as I tried on some shoes and there was no follow up, they continued to ignore me. Absolute terrible service. If it was my business I would want to know how much of a waste of wages I was paying!

Walked in . Wasn't greeted or asked if I needed help I had gone in here to get my shoes for work . Will take my buissnes else where I might be served
