Called to book my car in to have windows re-tinted. I hesitated and mentioned that I'd been quoted 180 elsewhere and Bill hung up on me. I would have probably gone ahead and paid 250 to have it done anyway, but I won't now

Right from the time I went in for a quote up to the point I got the tint done,Narelle and the team were really professional and provided the right input. They even cleaned and vacuumed the car before I picked it up. Car looks great.

Incredibly disappointed! Would not recommend, issue after issue.Paid for premium tint only to receive my car back with bubbles and dirt between window and film on every window, crinkled, torn and missing tint on almost all corners and edges, whole bottom of back windscreen peeled from bottom edge only hours after.Both rear doors and boot trim was left unattached, door handle bash plate and bolts left in cup holders, back door would not open or unlock and the list goes on.Reception staff and management, Narelle and Paul I will say were incredibly helpful with immediate removal and refund however staff from the workshop completing the removal were rude, arrogant and had a horrendous attitude towards me when I arrived to have the tint removed, staff argued with me on the agreement to have tint removed and trim repaired which was agreed upon with management the previous day.Horrible experience - would not recommend, don’t waste your time as the lack of care towards the finish product and car was unbelievable, very disappointing.
