I have been with PetsOnMe for more than a year now. All my claims have been dealt appropriately and in a very efficient manner. Never seen such a swift claim closure. Also the team make sure to give a call and explain the disbursement and ensure timely payment. I have no qualms yet and would highly recommend this insurance organisation for anyone who is looking to insure their pets. The support team is very helpful and attentive every time. Kudos.

This insurance company will look for any excuse to get out of paying a claim. What is the point of having insurance. I regret paying for a years membership, I definitely won’t be renewing with this company.

Recently signed up to Pets on Me and received two months free. Unfortunately our new puppy injured his leg and required surgery to repair the bone. Pets on Me covered the vet bills and was very helpful with our claim. I doubt we would have been able to afford the surgery without their assistance. The surgery has been successful and will prevent more series injuries from occurring in the future. I would highly recommend this pet insurance company.

My girl Willow has been insured through PetOnMe insurance since she was 8 weeks old. She now is 8 months old. I have the classic plan with the wellness plan. I have never had any trouble claiming got my money back within 3 days less my excess. On the wellness plan I didn't pay a excess I got 100% back. I'm so happy with this insurance company you get to speak to someone in Australia not overseas which is a bonus so u can actually understand them. I will never change insurance companies they are so helpful and polite
