I brought my mum in for a haircut today. I cannot speak highly enough of Jamie she did a wonderful haircut on my my and she actually cared which you sometimes you don't get from other hairdressers there. Thank you Jamie mum loves her hair.

My hairdresser Jamie is very caring and helpful when giving advice for my hair.Jamie went out of her way to help me with caring for my fine hair. I will never go anywhere elseand will highly recommend Jamie. Also Marley who works there is always so nice and helpful.

Sorry but to my opinion this place is not child friendly, Unless you have child that does not move an inch. Took my 6 year old son, and unfortunately he is very ticklish. The clippers were tickling him which I understand is not easy for the barber. But this is not a reason to be rude and looked at me and ask : WELL CAN YOU HELP WITH THIS.Was a bit chocked, so I got up and hold his shoulders down, then he looked at me and say, mum it is very tickly, told him yes I know just to be said : IT IS REALLY NOT , I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKLING ABOUT."

On December 30, 2020, I suffered a burnt head due to the colour dye's Chemicals not being rinsed out correctly.The Diplomat Director Don Scali. Has responded with an email to provide me with a $75 Voucher for Services only. Really Don? Do you think I would go back for seconds. All we asked for was a refund. I spent $229.95 and suffered a burnt head for a week. This price does not include the doctor's bill and medicine.I should have had more sense when I saw no one in the female part of the salon.....Extremely disappointed at Sandy and her workers.

So sad my beautiful hairdresser Jamie of the past 2 years has left !She was such a wonderful hairdresser and I always left the salon , feeling like a new woman and my hair was always on point , whether it was my colour or cut , always professional and was such a kind hearted person !Such a shame she has left and was such an asset to your company . All the best with your future endeavours Jamie ❤️
