GP Superclinic @ Midland Railway Workshops

This was my first visit to GP Superclinic after leaving another local practice because of the poor service I was getting and I am very pleased with the decision.The reception is friendly and efficient and Dr Olotu made me feel welcome and at ease.All in all the best experience I have had at a GP practice for a long time and I have no hesitation in recommending GP Superclinic as a practice that provides outstanding service.

Great service from the beginning when greeted by Hine, she’s the nicest person ever! Dr. Caroline is amazing, she’s very reliable and accommodating. Great practice!

Dr Haile is simply wonderful - friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. From women’s health, to childhood eczema management and a heart health check for my husband - we have been so impressed and reassured by his care and have certainly recommended him to our local friends and family.

I was very impressed with my recent visit to the GP Superclinic @ Midland Railway Workshops. Friendly staff and a very professional, approachable Doctor. Very happy with the advice and medication that was prescribed. I have seen positive results in only a few days. This is now my preferred medical services supplier.

i got an appointment within 2 hours. the receptionist was lovely, the waiting room big and spacious. Not crowded.and the doctor i saw was fine.overall great job team !

Not very well set-up for a medical facility, especially one with such a large number of providers.Parking is atrocious, only 4 ACROD spots and insufficient general parking near doors in general.Floor is terrible for people with mobility issues, given its a medical facility that will be a decent percentage. The building obviously needs to retain its heritage character, but to have the old rail semi-exposed in the floor is an accident waiting to happen. The compromise would have been to use a clear epoxy resin to create a safe walking surface while showcasing the rail heritage. Overall experience accessing the facility was complete apprehension and anxiety about fall risk with family member. Will avoid it in future.

Whatever you do, don't go to this practice. Absolutely money grabbing/hungry. Want to charge me $80 for missing an appointment that I thought was a phone appointment. The very rude and argumentative receptionist then threatened that the doctor wouldn't see me, like the doctor is the only one around. Ok then i will go to another practice which I booked a phone consultation. The practice I booked with asked why when I live in Midland I am booking with one in woodvale. I said because all the local ones are horrible. Avoid gp superclinic at all costs. It's gone downhill fast

Your receptionist are very rude..they will pick on you.. i was there nd paid my 80 dollars and she disint do the rebate because she said there was a problem with the eftos.. i know she dis it on purpose.. Why my payment went thru but the rebate didnt go thru????and to thi k she ia using the same eftos machine!

If it wasn't for two great doctors there, I would never set foot in this place. The reception staff are appalling and have been for over 8 yrs since I've attended that clinic. They have a high turnover of staff and they are honestly some of the worst I and my family have ever had to deal with and in fact ex GPs there have complained about them. No wonder why they have lost more than half of their doctors in recent times.

Probably the most disorganised and arrogant reception GP clinic in Midland.Booked Appointment on Saturday morning for flu jabs. Went to counter and told to wait. Waited 30mins. Then asked reception if there was a problem. Then asked if we had checked in (by the only receptionist on duty) We were the only people in the waiting room. Another person walks in for flu shot and doctor takes them straight in and out in front of us. Still no communication from the staff as to why we were still waiting 45mins at this time, and kids starting to get ants in their pants.It's Not much to ask in this day to keep people informed. Wouldn't be an issue.Just a side note for anyone who is going to be a new patient. Unless under 16. You will be charged for the appointment (even if you come under Medicare)So finally got inpatient and spoke to the receptionist again. And asked again if we checked in. Still the only ones sitting in the waiting room. Got asked to sit on the other side of the waiting area so the doctor can see we are here.So after an hour the nurse comes out for our vacs. (No doctor required) she was amazing at her job.I'm not sure why a centre would have a booking system for fluvac and then not use it.So my conclusion is if you're looking for a new GP clinic. Look elsewhere plenty in Midland to choose from.
