Fails to supply correct tyres on time and demands the customer to pay for their mistakes. Complaint emails go unanswered and impression from phone calls seem to suggest that customer issues caused by them are not their problem as long as they take the money.

Very hard to claim under Road Hazard Warranty.I'm guessing if it's hard to make a claim under their Road Hazard Warranty, it would be just as hard to claim under their regular Warranty.Actually with an almost new tyre, it's hard to really know if it was a weak tyre from a manufacturing fault, or from road hazard damage.After an almost new tyre split on its side, I paid for a new tyre. That was almost 2 months ago, with the expectation of being reimbursed after the tyre was assessed. Hankook still haven't provided any feedback on reimbursing me under their road hazard warranty, even though I have called twice so far.I expected a few days delay because I went back to a different dealer (which was pre approved with Hankook before I went) but I didn't expect a 2 month delay.

Beware, beware, beware when purchasing a new vehicle Hankook do not warrant mileage. They give a limited warranty which pretty well excludes everything. A set of Dynapro HP2 have lasted 20months/45000kms on brisbane city roads, not off road & not towing, yet the company claims 80000Kms with caveats. Insist on another brand of tyre at the dealership, else you will be up for $1000.00 every 18months.

I purchased a Custom transit Van, when I took it in for a service I was told by the Ford rep that the tyres were unroadworthy and had to be replaced, BUT they had loads of tread. They had started to lose chuncks of rubber off them, Never take off sealed roads just over 30,000 kms. Ford and tyre company agreed the tyres were at Fault, Hankook tyres rep also agreed but they offered me $ 20 , what an embarassment to their tyres, their customer support and to the name Hankook tyres, would never buy another Hankook tyre, and if a vehicle was to have them I would not purchase it untill they were removed. Do yourself a favour do not waste your time and money.

Always great customer service from the call centre. Been using hankook tyres for years now for my small hatchback.

Have 5 Hankook RA08 tyres on my car from new. 3 have belt separation issues and I fully expect the other 2 to fail shortly. Tyres came with unlimited warranty but when I went to Local Hankook dealer was told that Hankook rep stated that car would have to go back to Hyundai dealer where I bought the car 1500 klm away. That seems like they got me on a technicality. I couldn't be bothered with that and with 3 already failed it doesn't look good for the quality of Hankook. I went to Bob Jane tyres and was advised to buy Michelin tyres as they are a high quality tyre. I personally will NEVER buy any Hankook products and will certainly let as many people I know to avoid this brand. Now I'm probably up for $1250 worth of replacements, thanks a lot Hankook! I've never had so much trouble with any brand of tyres in my 40 years of driving! Even if warranty was honored I wouldn't want a repeat of the issues I've had with this poor product and any potential safety ramifications.

I purchased my Barina from Central Coast Holden West Gosford 6 years ago which had Hankook tyres on it.Just wanted to inform you the tread on my 2 x front tyres was running a little low & had them replaced today after 51, 150.000 klm my back tyres have approx 10,000 klm left on them.Tyrepower, Kincumber has now replaced them with Kumho & I can on hope I have the safety & reliability as I have had with Hankook.Great compliment to HankookKerry Towler

Fantastic tyres, I have been using hankook now for well over 5 years on the road and track. Fantastic service and hard to beat value for money especially if you are chasing laptimes!
