I'm pretty impressed with the degree of after install support after the team came back to investigate some questions for us. This was on two occasions and there was no problems with this. I have spoken to the gentleman in the office on more than one occasion to ask questions about connecting the Wifi to the solar controller and he is more than helpful

We used Damian several years ago and was very happy with his installation. I just rang to enquire on whether solar panels require maintenance or to be checked, I was confronted by a grumpy old man who said ‘they aren’t interested’. When I enquired about solar batteries I was told not to waste my money and he hung up on me! Very strange interaction indeed, considering what they describe on their website, and previous positive experience. Such a shame and I can only assume if I’d spoken with Damian, the interaction would have been different?

blue mts solar did our solar system 8 yrs ago .so well outside warranty .ran them with a problem [not there fault in any way]any they came out had a look. and repaired the problem spending alot of time and money doing it .and did not charge us one cent.this service is WAY OVER what you would expect .7 years out of warranty.this is a family business with good old fashion values.And all they wanted to do was make us happy.which we are over the moonwhen looking at a system think about who is installing it .and what there aftersales service is like.sometimes the cheapest is not the best value.THANK YOU BLUE MTS SOLAR

Had them install our solar system and couldn't be happier. Prompt, friendly and very meticulous. Was able to provide accurate real world advice that put him well ahead of the others. Low pressure selling, just the facts and how it would work in our situation. Was the only installer that came onsite to make a recommendations before presenting us with a system that would work.
