These guys make the best office chairs. But they have the worst service imaginable. I bought a $2100 chair and loved it. After 7 years the piston wore out so I bought a replacement for $2400. The wonderful staff quoted me a price to fix my old one ad apart from the piston it was in excellentcondition. Unfortunately before I could bring my old chair back in the staff all just disapeared from the shop never to be seen again. I have rang the Brisbane Office several times. Calls went unanswerred or un returned. When they finally answerred I was promised to call me back with a name of whomever was doing their local service until they re-staffed the local office. That was more than a year ago. I checked the other day and still nobody at the Mackay location.
