That was the most relaxing physio session I've ever had. Not only did Bec listen to what's been going on in my life and work out where to most help me relax and give me stretches to stay relaxed, she helped with the mental side too and really taught me how much of a difference feeling safe makes to my pain.I'll absolutely be back, I'm so grateful to finally find someone like Bec who's so good with chronic pain helping lift the fog from my mind and body.

Jemima and the team at Reload Brunswick are amazing, and were instrumental in resolving both my frozen shoulders. Sam is a really great physio. He clearly knows his stuff and is invested in the recovery process and enthusiastic in getting you pain free. He has sent me several messages and emails to ensure I understand everything. I'd recommend going to Sam, as he takes a long term approach to your problems, without trying to get you in for an unnecessary amount of sessions.Cheers mate

I've been attending Reload physio for quite a few years now and every staff member I have dealt with has been exceptional. I recently attended a running assessment with Marcus, and I came away with a solid understanding of what I'm doing wrong and how to improve. I was given simple exercises and clear tips on what I can do day-to-day to build strength in my weak areas, and drills to help improve my running form. Overall, the experience was highly informative and very enjoyable.I've also had several excellent experiences with Richard for rehab work and massage therapy. Easy 5 stars from me.

Had a great time with Jemima! Such a friendly and helpful physio, she treated my neck and wrist pain really well and I always felt very supported and well taken care of :) the staff at reload are also all very friendly and welcoming!

Went to Reload to learn more about and enrol in Onero classes for osteoporosis. Excellent experience - Ben was friendly, thorough and clear in his assessment and explanations and taking me through the exercise routines. Starting classes next week.

Jemima was amazing after my motorcycle accident, extremely through and organising an MRI for my hand (it ended up being broken) when my doctors hadn’t picked up on it. I will be forever grateful that she was willing to cover all bases and catch everything before it was too late and contacting my GP multiple times to ensure everyone was kept up to date. I am incredibly happy with the level of help I received.

I had an initial consultation with Richard this morning following a week of back pain. Richard was great, he explained what he was doing and why each step of the consultation and was able to identify the cause of the pain and create a treatment plan. I will definitely return and highly recommend Reload.

For the past two months I have been attending a strength training program at Reload Physio Brunswick. I could not be happier. Training rooms are spacious and well-presented, exercise sessions have a max of 6 participants, and are facilitated and supervised by physios, who assist participants with technique and safety. There is also a very pleasant and fun environment. I have no hesitation to recommend Reload Physio Brunswick to anyone who is thinking about well-being.
