Heritage building featuring contemporary art exhibitions at various times. Only issue is with parking. If visiting Clifton School of Arts, park directly behind the building. Opposite is a carpark, however it is difficult to get a parking spot as it is used by Seacliff day trippers. Rangers patrol this are, so don't park illegally.

Had our wedding service here. Nice old building, excellent service from Lorelle.

A nice little space. We were here for a photography exhibit and it was perfect. The only down side is there isn’t much parking, we did have to walk a fair way in the dark.

What a great building. My grandparents lived in Clifton when I was a child. We walked past it every Saturday. Well done to those who refurbished it. Definitely a great place

Fun little venue spot you can rent out for birthdays or as a gallery space.

I came here for an art exhibition and fell in love with the building. Great space for a small function (there are two levels). Parking available right by the premises. Could do with a little better ventilation as it got a little bit stuffy and hot inside.

Nestled between the Ocean and escarpment..Having a soul and a history..It'll be my wedding venue, I guess..The space and abundant natural light..Perfect for displaying the artwork..And scattered thoughts carved in wooden pages..Adds a bit of drama and stories..From the walking souls..Standing here since 1911..Flooded with light..Flooded with souls..

For a historical building I’ve heard they want to upgrade and tarnish the beautiful town of Clifton - we don’t need another large renovated modern building that will be used mainly as an event centre. It’s a school of arts however last night they had a wedding - how is that even related to art. I’ve been told by the council that they are not legally allowed to host any function that has amplified music.Last night you could hear and feel the music from down the street - it was horrible - and I struggled to sleep in my usually quiet neighbourhood.Often when there are functions people end up drunk - disorderly crossing the road and peeing on the streets and on neighbouring properties - it is absolutely disgusting. Not to mention unhygienic and unsafe. The people who monitor and look after the School of Arts clearly have no idea on what art is about if they are hiring it out for wedding, functions and yoga classes, none of that says art to me.I think it’s absolutely disgusting how they treat the beautiful town of Clifton with no regard to the residents that have lived here long before any of them were born. I’ve even heard that the committee aren’t even from the Illawarra - just a bunch of noopsies who don’t even care about Clifton or it’s community.I wouldn’t waste my money or time for these people who are destroying our heritage and town.
