I have been going to this mattress factory for years. They always give good advice in person or by telephone about their products. Costs of delivery are good and they deliver as promised.

I’ve purchased all my mattresses from this terrific store since moving to the area 20 years ago. Love their mattresses and the fact they are all made in Australia. Staff are always excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this family owned business for excellent quality mattresses.

What a fantastic experience at the Braybrook store. Akima was so patient and answered all my questions despite my three little kiddos running around. I was able to find the right mattress for my son that will suit him from now (8yo) till his young adulthood. It's so comfy and supportive that I am planning to go back there again when I change my own mattress!

Bought a couple of mattresses from here. Comfy for a couple of months then they just fall apart.Bought their most expensive one after the first failure, same result. We ended up throwing both out as they weren't helping us resolve the issue.

So I went to this store with the hope of a getting a decent price for a bed and mattress.Pros: Friendly serviceCons: Very expensiveThey may be here to sell good quality, that might be ok for mattress but I would not recommend buying a bed here unless your made of money.I bought just a bed base here with no bed head. Cost me $500 if I wanted the bed head $1000.So final conclusion if your on a budget I would not recommend this store.

a mattress manufacturer myself ,every now and then , i check out mattress stores , when driving past .I did not talk to anybody ,but had a good look around.Unlike most stores,this one offers genuine value .( clearance prices are really wholesale prices , something rare in the mattress world )- I guess because it’s genuinely manufacturers owned .Or are they desperate to make sales ?John ,fine home mattress factory( no stores and not desperate )
