Lucky Homes

I have decided to go with Lucky Homes to build my first home due to their professional advice and transparency. My experience so far has been fantastic! I believe they provide high end inclusions at a fair price. They provide well thought out plans according to your preference and are very supportive throughout the process. I also love the fact that its custom made, they are flexible and always up to make your dream house come to life as much as possible, according to what can be done with land size. I have looked around at many builders but have not found anything that compares to what they offer. I highly recommend this builder! Thank you Lucky Homes!

“One Star is too much to give”I built my first home with Lucky homes but Had instant regret and realised there is nothing lucky about them.-Having issues with home since day one.-Communication can’t get any worse, they don’t even respond for weeks and when reported issues I’ve been told to fix thing myself.-Shower area had a leak, I had to wait MONTHS to get it fixed.-Roof has a leak, still waiting to get this fixed after numerous requests to builder and again, it has been months.-Jobs around the house looks like anyone from the street can do a better job.-Been mentally, emotionally drained and frustrated the way you have to deal with them.-Worst experience.NOT RECOMMENDED at all.

Just be aware of this Builder , very unprofessional and after sales service does not exist at all. They don't deserve 1 star as well.They have no respect for other peoples time and emotions - its just unbelievable the way they approach the whole process.Owner is very good salesman, initial meeting you will be very pleased but then as the build process starts you will realise what a big mistake you have made and if you get the Supervisor looking after your property then God have mercy on you.Please contact me on in case anyone wants to come and see the issues in the house.Over all build process was just super stressful.1. Its been almost 8 months since we have moved in - our initial 3rd month maintenance inspection is not done yet.2. We have major issues with the down lights [they flicker] but its not been fixed.3. One of our sliding door came off few weeks back, we tried to contact the owner [call + messages] there was not even a courtesy follow up of that till today, we paid $250 ourselves to get it fixed .4. We have LED strips loosely stapled to our overhead cabinets which is a electrical hazard - that was suppose to be fixed before hand-over but its still not done.5. Walls have cracks everywhere - which we understand being a new area you will encounter this but they have to be fixed or looked at - but there is no reply regarding this as well from them.6. There is no After sales at all7. We got the final inspection done via private building inspector [before handover], he gave a list of almost 30 defects but not even a single defect from his report has been addressed too.8. We upgraded to Bi-Fold door which their renderer have scratched and marked.9. Window frames and gutter fascia have concrete and rendering marks everywhere.10. Concreting is just shocking - not levelled at all.11. Caulking is still pending at many places.12. Some windows have gaps because of which bugs come inside the house - when asked to send someone to fix this - Mohsin's reply was I will send someone after inspection - this was 3 months back and till today there is no follow up regarding this.13. Our reverse cycle unit is leaking from the day one - which their tradesmen could not fix till today which has damaged the grass as it is sitting next to the lawn.14. As a first home buyer you are not aware of technical things so we went with their advise on getting reverse cycle system for heating and cooling - they have put a reverse cycle system in the house which can not support the whole house - it can only work efficiently in 1 zone at a time - to put this into perspective - on a very cold day/night if we are sitting in the rumpus and kids sleeping in the bedroom - the system is not strong enough to heat up both the areas - when we asked their supplier his reply was owner was aware of this so please speak to him and when asked the same to the owner his reply was it is not big enough you should get the extra gas heater installed - This is taking advantage of your client and his situation but they don't care.15. Our Common toilet has such a bad smell from the day one - when we contacted the plumber they have attended and said it will go away in 1-2 months - its been 6 months but it still smells so bad.I am not even outlining all the big screw ups made during the build because of which it took them over 1 year to finish the build.I understand during build things go out of control and you make mistakes but these guys are just super unprofessional - they just don't believe in doing right thing by the client they just want to finish the job and move forward.Just go with a decent volume builder and you will be better off , at-least they will provide you the service you need during the build and most important after the build.I hope you find this helpful in making decision.This is further to my Last review.Still Waiting for everything which I mentioned in my last review [Except the LED STRIPS] , highly recommend people not to use this company they are absolutely hopeless & unprofessional.

The entire construction project was managed by Lucky Homes with ease in Melbourne as we are in Sydney. The whole process was made easy by Lucky Homes. The service is excellent with quality inclusion for our new home.I would highly recommend Lucky Homes for your new home construction.

Very good builder and very happy with our finish product delivered of Lucky homes..Pros:1. Custom home design on our block of land as per our religious requirements.2. Great inclusion, including a lot of upgrades in our initial price plus choice of colour selection was impressive.3. We was able to make minor changes during construction, which has given us lots of comfort.4. The end product delivered by Lucky Homes was better than our expectation.5. High recommended for those customers who are looking custom designs homes quality inclusion.Cons:1. I think there is bit improvements required in the customer service area from office staff.

i built a house in DARLEY with LUCKY HOMES.... they were very cooperative..... MOHSIN bhai were so cooperative nd helpful throughout the home building process...... USMAN site supervisor were very helpful nd communication with him was very effective...... best of luck for ur future endeavors LUCKY HOMES

Always get whatever the builder promise you in writing. We are about to lodge a Consumer Affairs complaint against Lucky Homes.It has been approximately 2 years and Lucky Homes have not refunded the agreed amount to the house owner due to a fault in one of the installations they did.One star - thanks for building the home. I wonder if there weren't council restrictions or their involvement then we probably would have lost a lot more than time to chase the money that you agreed to refund - which we have not yet received.We will let Consumer Affairs chase you now :)

Lucky Homes build my 2nd house, what an amazing job again, definitely the finishes and quality I got mire than my expectations.

I built my first home in Tarneit by Lucky Homes. The staff was very friendly, cooperative and professional. They Have done fantastic job. Their all tradesmen were very professional and done quality work. Due to their proper guidance and support we were able to build our dream home.We have been living nearly 2 years in this home and haven’t got any problem. Good thing about Lucky Homes, they occasionally followed up for assistance if any issue with property. I strongly recommend Lucky Homes specially to First home buyers. I will definitely contact Lucky Homes for my future homes.Thanks to all Luck Homes team!
