Excellent service with a smile. No complaints and a great price. Rare to have dropouts but they are always fixed quickly if they happen. Would only be a couple of times a year and auto divert to a mobile if there is an issue, but in saying this the issues are not usually this company's fault but still they fix it to avoid disruptions.

We have been with Eco Communications for our phone and internet now for about 18 months.Over that time we have had quite a bit of trouble with the upgrading to NBN and the existing copper lines which was nothing to do with Eco.Each time we had an issue I would call up and speak directly to one of their staff (not an offshore call centre) and that person would fix the issue either whilst I was on the line or they would call me back within 5 minutes or less to say they have fixed the issue.If you were to list all of the annoying faults the big phone companies have like overseas call centers, not being able to understand the call centre operator, waiting on hold for long periods of time, booking in a time to fix the problem these guys have got every aspect well and truly covered.I cannot recommend Eco highly enough and am very happy we are a customer of a company that has such amazing service and helpful staff.Well done.
