Great range of products and helpful staff. I went in for some roof racks and they talked me through the options and showed me what the mounting options looked like on the car. Very happy with the Thule system they recommended. Even managed to set it up so the sunroof still works.

The staff at the Roof Rack Store were super professional and helpful both with my order and helping me with getting my racks setup correctly. I also found their products the lowest cost on the market and while they do offer to price match I couldn't find anyone offering the same products at a lower price. I would highly recommend them and will be my first port of call for future purchases.

Service plus*****First order I thought I had everything I needed and the guys sorted everything out and posted with super efficiency to Albany WA… I then realized my setup wasn’t quiet going to work with parts of ordered elsewhere so a quick call to RRS and I had the parts I needed…. But of course I missed a particular part so another call and I think I’ve got it all… to put this into perspective I’m retro fitting a rack to a caravan tool box to fit 2 mountain bikes… each time John was super friendly and happy to help and with the more technical questions Lee was nearby to lend his expertise! Great job guys and I’m super excited about being able to finally take my bike on our next camping trip and go shred some trails!!
