I think the owner was quite lovely! She showed my Aunty and I around and gave great fashion advice and was quite honest! I think her sense of humor might be quite sarcastic, but I thought she was hilarious.We even went back to show her our outfits because we just loved chatting to her.

The worst experience I have ever encountered. Never in my 21 years have I ever been fat shamed. This old female worker, assuming that’s the owner, made the assumption that a dress would be too small on me whilst I was holding it , saying that she does not hold any other sizes despite me not asking for any sizes. The size ended up being my size , and I in fact wear a size 6 and she rudely made the assumption that I cannot fit in a size 8 and that I shouldn’t buy it because it won’t be my size and that she only caters for smaller sizes. The second I walked in she was giving me rude stares. I then proceed to pay for two tops and she stops me to make a personal phone call. During this experience, she continues to look me up and down with the most disgusted look. I strongly advise every female, especially young ones to not shop in this store unless you want to be triggered with an eating disorder.I have never been more disgusted by a customer service in my life, and I hope the owner gets satisfaction over fat shaming a young girl who was minding her own business and just wanted to shop.Ps. Good owner, everyone who hates cries themselves to sleep

The clothing was decent but the service was terrible from one of the ladies, she abruptly opened the curtain to my change room to yell at me for being on the phone

This place looks like it has a variety of options for reasonable prices. The first time I went the lady who was working was very nice and even made some jokes which were funny. I was only able to browse around abit of the shop as I was in a rush. However the second time I went with my boyfriend he was holding a bottle of water not touching the clothes but got told off saying “no food or drinks near the clothes.” This is understandable but he continues to say “no offence”. Furthermore I was hoping to look around the shop more throughly as I had time to spare but the male worker really put me off.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting this shop, and I must say it was a terrible experience. The owner of the shop refused to let me enter because there was a small amount of sand on my bag, which is understandable since the shop is located near the beach. However, when I attempted to remove the sand from my bag outside the shop, the owner told me to leave and go away from the area. This was a rude and unacceptable way to treat a customer.I believe that the reason for the owner's behavior was racist, as he treated me poorly because of my scarf. It is disheartening to see such discrimination and prejudice in the world today. I will not be returning to this shop and would not recommend it to anyone.In conclusion, this shop deserves zero stars for its poor customer service, racist behavior, and overall unpleasant experience. It's a shame to see business owners like this, who have no respect for their customers.

One of the most disrespectful business owners out there.I saw the way that she treated her customers and young girls, and it is appalling.I am shocked that this store is still open. The owner needs to learn basic human decency . I completely agree with all of these negative reviews and it was disgusting to witness poor customer service in person.You are traumatising customers !
