I think this is one of the best dusk stores in the Brisbane area. It is always well presented and staff are always nice and willing to help. Make sure you become a member because you get a voucher and then a discount for a year!

bought a gift for mothers day and I came back to exchange the gift with the receipt , as it turned out the gift was also damaged. staff worker Jocelyn refused to provide an exchange. she was rude to my mother and blamed her for damaging the gift, and said I should check conditions of dusk products before purchasing. No damages were made by myself or my mother, and I should not need to check the conditions of dusk products before purchasing. If I needed to, that would imply dusk is selling faulty/damaged items. the customer service was appalling.

Great store, fantastic array of products to suit your needs and budget, great staff that are willing to show you the tricks to make your candles last longer and offer other options and advice. Hellie, is an awesome staffer who is just so happy and vibrant and always willing to go above and beyond to make it a great shopping experience.

I came in today knowing exactly which diffuser I wanted, but I honestly had no clue how to work one or which oils to use. A lady named Hellie showed me how to use the diffuser & helped me pick the perfect oils to make my house smell amazing. Hellie was so amazing & even showed me a cute little plate for my diffuser to sit on & it's gorgeous. Hellie signed me up & made me a member & I got a nice little discount which is amazing. Her customer service was amazing, she made my experience such a breeze & I left knowing so much about my diffuser. Ps, it looks amazing in my house & I love my purchase. Thank you Hellie.
