Rude and useless staff. Unable to make it on time and unable to be accountable for their poor organisation.First repair job is 2 hours late, when I ask them to wait for me to come back up (20 min) they tell me its too long and to reschedule. There was no reschedule confirmed, apparently a ticket was left at our premises (which wasn't confirmed).When I call back I am asked 'am I on steroids' because I can't figure it out?Will definitely seek further help from head office after being abused and hung up on by the staff.

Really prompt, professional and helpful.This was a warranty claim, but I'd definitely call them for an appliance repair.

After 8 weeks my turntable still hadn’t been repaired so I ordered they return it to me then I took it elsewhere and it was repaired within a week.
