It's huge! Almost always get lost looking for particular groceries.

Fairly standard sort of a Coles to be expected on the west side of Townsville.

Not sure why but this servo is always more expensive than others in townsville. For 2 days in a row it is .10c dearer than other coles express stations in the area

I was able to put 24 litres into a 20 litre jerry can. Last time my best effort was 22 litres.

Use to shop at Woolworths not any more love their service food quality is so much better and cheaper never disappointed

As a Hotel Manager overseeing several 5-star hotels in the area, I had an unfortunate encounter with a woman named Jess while working as a delivery driver for DoorDash and Uber Eats. In my experience, Jess was one of the rudest and most unprofessional individuals I have ever encountered. During the course of my interaction with her, she did not respond to any of my questions and even charged me for a bag and threw it at me when I requested one.Furthermore, when I placed my items on the desk to be scanned, she carelessly tossed them onto the desk causing my items to fall on the floor. Despite this, Jess did not apologize or attempt to rectify the situation. It was evident that she treated all customers, including those who deliver, with a lack of respect.As a representative of Coles, it is the responsibility of every employee to provide excellent customer service, regardless of who the customer is or what their job may be. Jess's behavior was unprofessional, uneducated, and showed a lack of basic customer service skills. She did not treat customers with respect and undermined their value.It is a shame that Coles employs such an unprofessional and disrespectful individual, as it negatively reflects on the company as a whole. In my opinion, Jess is not suitable for any job on earth, given her lack of basic customer service skills and rude behavior. The entire experience was a complete nightmare, and it was disappointing that Jess did not even have the courtesy to respond when I bid her farewell.
