I went to Ruth with a very limited idea of what I wanted to wear on my wedding day. I walked in carrying my mothers wedding dress and asked Ruth if we could use some of the material for my dress. Ruth asked me to try on the dress, and within minutes she told me that we could use the entire bodice of her dress to make mine! My only other dream was to have a dress that could be short for the reception. Ruth designed the most spectacular short dress with a large overskirt for me. She used the bodice from my mothers dress and brought it back to life. Ruth was so matriculate in every detail and every step of the process. She always made me feel calm and heard. Ruth was incredible to deal with and make me feel so incredibly comfortable. My dress was definitely a highlight of my wedding and 2 months after my wedding I constantly receive great feedback regarding the dress. If I could rate Ruth 6/5 I would! I worked with Ruth to create my absolute dream wedding dress. I could not recommend her more highly as someone you can trust to create something that is so important to you, now and forever. I worked really closely with Ruth to create a dress that I could wear again – I'm very practical in that sort of way, so we created a two piece skirt and top combination (with pockets in the skirt!) that I have worn as two separate pieces since my wedding day. Being able to have the dress made expressly to my dimensions was amazing. I wanted to walk the line between traditional – with the A-Line shape and 50’s style skirt, and modern – with the clean lines and geometric lace panelling. It was definitely a dress only I could have dreamed up and worn. Thank you so much to Ruth for creating such an amazing piece that I absolutely adore.

I had heard some bad things about traditional bridal shops and when I visited bridal shops I didn't feel comfortable. I was recommended to visit Ruth and I am so glad I did! She worked with me to create an absolutely beautiful wedding dress that reflects my personality.
