We lost power on our corolla on the highway driving south from ballina. Called up in distress but were reassured to drop in. Tyson diagnosed so fast, got the part and we went on out way. His experience was priceless to us today. Thanks heaps

Had my Hi Lux serviced this morning (24/4/23). When they rang to let me know that it was ready to be picked up I told them that I would get a taxi and be there as soon as I could.They told me that their courtesy bus could pick me up from Sawtell. This would be the best service I have ever received from any dealer, from the staff who booked the car in to the courtesy bus driver, thank you.

Abbey-Rose just sold me my first second hand car. I have in the past bought new and have never been treated with the level of care as I have with this purchase. She was efficient. Knew her stuff and communicated well through the process even when things didn’t go to plan. I would recommend Abbey Rose any day . She made me feel like I was buying a $100,000 car even though I wasn’t. It was the small things that made the big difference Well done Abbey

Big thanks to Kolby! He is such a pleasure to deal with, listenable, understandable and the most important is make me feel comfortable with his service! Always try his best to make good things happen for me!Toyota Coffs Harbour's sale manager, Michael is also a very thoughtful person when he knew that Im interested in the car, he removed it from the yard to make sure it's still available for the next day I come back. The lady at reception is lovely too, always give me her warming smiles.Also the new owner is great too, they had given me some great deals that never happen with the old owner!I am very happy with their service that I have to jump straight here to give them a 5 stars ( I0 stars if I could). Theres still some steps till I pick up my car so hopefully everything go well! I will tell everyone that I know if they are looking for new car about Coffs Harbour Toyota! Highly recommended!

Got an error message on my new under warranty landcruiser.Whilst I appreciate Coffs are busy, suggesting that I drive 7 hours back to my regular dealer error message beeping away or wait stranded for 1 month till they could fit me to even diagnose the problem. Seriously?Thankfully other Toyota dealers are actually helpful and don't leave you completely high and dry.

I am being generous with providing 1 star. I had no service to start with when at the dealership, and once signing paperwork had absolutely NO contact, I had to call to after numerous business days as no one called me. They told me they would call me back, had no calls back. This dealership makes purchasing a car extremely stressful to the point of giving up. They have no patient to answer any questions. Was very disappointed. Also to add, receptionist was extremely rude and abruptly passed the phone call on to another while half way through a conversation. Cannot recommend going somewhere else enough.

One of the worst sales person, she was unprofessional and very rude, over the phone agreed for one price and when we received the contract the price was increased. On top of it, they refused to return the deposit. After a long fight over phone and raising concern in NSW fair trading, we got our deposit back.When someone is buying 60k suv never want to deal with this kind of ppl. Pls stay away and find other delatship.we are going to inform toyota how their dealer follow wrong pratice to get the business. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY
