Quick and response and straight down the line advice always given. 2 year old car and a 20 year old car given the same level of service. Warranty is still ok for the new car as these guys are actually tradesmen not technicians working for a dealer.

Rang up to get pricing for a car service. Was cut off before I could even finish and told not to bother asking as they are booked out and I would be wasting their time by asking. I understand they only work 3 days a week and they can book out, but a price would’ve been nice at least and some manners would go a long way. Wouldn’t recommend even calling up and asking for a price in future as I’m sure the same response would be told again. Rang elsewhere and got told a price straight away. Heads up it’s not hard to give someone a price regardless of being booked out or not

Very happy with this mechanic! I was hearing noises and smelling smells in my van but had to get the ferry from victoria and as soon as i got to devonport I called some mechanics. Repco made time for me to come in on the same day and checked out my van, everything was good and car is running well! Really appreciate the extra bits and pieces he did in the service, like adjusting the handbrake, iddle speed etc.Very happy and thankful for the late notice help!

I Asked For A Price For Some Work.He Quoted $50-$110.I Said Could You Please Tell Me More Exact As I Was On A Pension And Was Lending The Money.He Said $110 Then.I Said That Midas Said They Would Do It For $50.He Said Well I Got To Pay For My Electricity And Rent, Lease.25 Min Job..I Bought The Rear Shocks From Repco Parts To.Bad Attitude And Service. :-(

Refused service over diagnosing check engine light on RX8 S2.Other mechanic easily diagnosed within minutes and found was a minor fix.Highly recommend avoiding this lazy business

Called in here this morning as we had problems with car brakes explained we were from NSW not a problem they booked us in straight away, just over a couple of hrs they contacted us to say everything was ok.Great friendly service would reccomend them.Thanks Colleen and George Halls

Wouldn’t go back in here if i was paid to.Asked about new rear rotors. Told they was busy for at-least another month and a half and to head the road to shaws. Went down there and they was busy with better customer service and i just said that they really needed changing where else would you recommend. Got told Carline up on Don Rd, gave then a call when i left and had no issues. Between Shaws and Carline are the only places ill attend in devonport.

Took my RCZ in for a log book. First service since I bought it second hand. The guys were great.They even prepared me for the next visit with a list of scheduled service items and expected extra costs for 10,000kms time. Outstanding service. Looking forward to trusting my car to these guys for a long time. Legends.
