Waller real estate is the most unprofessional agency that I have ever dealt with. Rob Waller refused to show me through a property for the 2nd time. He ignored my calls and not once did he come back to me. Also the office staff weren't much better, everytime I called they would say Rob is busy and I'll have him return your call. This did not happen. Talk about unprofessional it's a joke in its self. Reading all these fake reviews makes me sick. So buyers and sellers beware and stay clear of Waller. The way I was treated was appalling and I wouldn't want anyone to go through what I did. The property that I wanted to buy was in Castlemaine on 10 acres. After losing this one to someone else, probably one of Rob's mates I ended up buying a house in Daylesford through another agent. So Waller real estate, treat people equally, with respect and do your job ethically and professionally, do it right it's pretty simple.
