A rating of 5 star was well deserved.On our travels passing through Singleton we stopped at The Central for lunch.Meals were very generous in size for price and delicious. Service was friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the experience. Recommended for sure.The Queenslanders

Dined last Wed night and Really Enjoyed the atmosphere with friendly bar staff and waitstaff and the meals were cooked to perfection and I had beautiful company to dine with. Awesome place and look forward to visiting again soon thanks

Went here Friday night and had the Shiraz braised beef cheek, was bloody beautiful and just melted on the tongue, lovely staff and great atmosphere. Definitely will be coming back.

Have being staying at the hotel recently for work, very tidy rooms, meals are well portioned, and offer something different to other pubs in town lamb rump was delicious, and schnitzel are huge, great breakfast, comes out quick and staff are very friendly, will definitely be coming back.

Had breakfast before leaving with family and new family, customer service was awesome, service people were so friendly and accommodating, food was so delicious will come back again when we go to Singleton NSW.
