This is a great facility. So many options and the pills are clean and not overcrowded. Love it.

Very good facility. For recreational swimming all year round. Good swim instructors, especially Mercedes who teaches my 3 year old grandson, she has great skills and patience.

Warm water, friendly lifeguards. No mouth to mouth unless it's absolutely necessary.

Great environment for kids and adults. The warm water and ambient temperature was great considering that the weather outside was close to zero.Various options available for all ages as well as close supervision of children in the pools.Well kept change room and toilets.Plenty of parking available.

The staff are pretty inattentive. I come here once a week with my partner and pay the one off entry fee when there’s actually staff at the desk, which is about 30% of the time. We wait about 5 mins before just walking through, we can hear staff talking out the back but they don’t check the desk even when we yell out saying hello. Nothing. Pools are good though.

The 50m pool was closed, which was fine, I asked if we could still use all the indoor pools. The person behind the desk said yes. Half the children's pool was blocked off for swimming lessons & so we're some of the 25m pool lanes. We were charged full price admission. They didn't even turn the fountains on in the kids pools.

Staff are generally good. The staff maintain way to may dedicated swimming lanes. Often 2/3 of the outdoor pool is set up as lanes and 1/3 for general use. Pathetic ratio - which often causes horrible circumstances of being to close to other uses and unreadable pool behaviour which is not managed appropriately by staff. The grasses area is mowed without a catcher making it a horrible sitting area . Its time for a ministerial complaint to make to community happier in this “current” average place.Theres to little shade, tables, outdoor seating and swimming lanes.Look elsewhere for a more enjoyable place.
