Mt Atkinson Display Home - Simonds Homes
Be cautious when signing up to build with Simonds. There will be lengthy delays, shoddy work and will not accept fault for their errors.During the build we had $1200 of water usage charges, and we kept telling them there is a leak. Eventually after handover it came to the surface, and we have water bills proving there was a leak before handover, but they keep stating oh we are not at fault. I have begun legal proceedings against them as we will be out of pocket an extra 10k minimum for their errors and negligence. They make the build experience horrible and continue to shirk responsibility for their errors. Buyer beware! Do not believe the sales persons false promises.
